  • 3 Month Contract with the Potential to go Permanent with RTIO for the Right Candidate

    About the Role:

    WorkPac are currently seeking interest for a Department Secretary at Cape Lambert. This role will work a 5:2, 4:3 roster and must be residential to Wickham, Roebourne or Point Samson catchment only.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management and administrative support exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy

  • Site meeting and visitor coordination including identifying suitable rooms and facilities

  • Development of draft communications material and running reports

  • Assistance in the development of presentation material including standard weekly and monthly updates

  • Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, and action taking

  • Planning and coordination of team meetings

  • Organising special events on request

  • Manage end to end service requests for stakeholders

  • Raising purchase orders, processing invoices and managing credit card expenses

  • Manage dashboards, monthly reports and support any functional or special projects

  • Participate in the implementation of administrative standards, policies and practices for the organization

  • Supporting marine contract partners with contract administration queries/issues or concerns

  • Book, attend and minute take

  • Travel management

  • Monthly cost tracking and data keeping

  • Supporting the Manager and leadership team with any adhoc requests

  • Managing month end commitments and reporting on old/outstanding commitments (CES & TRACK)

  • Business Resilience Team member log keeper

    About You:

  • Business Resilience Team member log keeper experience or willingness to learn

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Positive attitude and curiosity to learn new processes

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team or autonomously with minimal supervision

  • Sound problem solving skills and ability to makes decisions in a quick and thorough manner

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite packages and Windows file management systems

  • Experience in preparing correspondence, reports, presentations and agendas

  • Current C Class Australian Licence

  • Full Working Rights in Australia
