Site Administrator
WorkPac in conjunction with our leading environmental services client are seeking an experienced Site Administrator commencing immediately.
Reports to: Site Administration Supervisor - Southern Region (Industrials)
Key Responsibilities: -
Payroll/ data entry & validation for company payroll staff and contingent worker workforce
Revenue capture and Job costing for customer invoicing
Purchasing and cost capture
Maintaining training records
Plant Maintenance Admin support
Accounts Payable support
Document Handling/ archiving
General Office/ Admin support tasks e.g. stationery and PPE orders/ stock levels
Personality & Attributes
Must be a team player, have a sense of humour and able to maintain friendly, supportive working relationships with other personnel
Keen attention to detail
Able to take the initiative and problem solve
Must be able to handle constructive criticism and have the ability to learn/ grow from mistakes
Able to learn new systems and adapt to new processes in line with continuous improvement initiatives
Must have good communication skills (phone/ facetime in particular) and be able to work with different personalities. This role sits within a team of 12 Site Administration staffand requires regular interactions with Admin, Operators, Supervisors and Managers as well asother departments in various locations throughout the state.
With the Bunbury AdministrationOffice based at the depot and the Operations team working at site, in order to succeed, the Administrator needs to feel comfortable picking up the phone and working through an issue with someone in Operations directly.
Required / Desirable Experience: -
Administrationexperience (at least some exposure is essential)
Spreadsheet experience/ exposure (desirable)
Google/ G Suite exposure (desirable)
Payroll/ Data entry experience. (desirable)
Purchasing experience (desirable)
