About the Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to commence in a Fulltime Site Manager position based in Kwinana. The role is required to ensure that safe and reliable operations are maintained for optimal terminal performance in the areas of HSSEQ, efficiency, cost, stakeholder relationships and customer Service. The role will ensure the delivery of a cost-effective operation that will add value to our client as a bulk fuel storage and distribution link, ensuring that benefits to stakeholders and partners are maximised.

What you will be doing

• Ensuring operations and non-routine activities are managed safely and reliably and that HSSEQ standards are met on site

• Lead, Coach and develop staff and contractors to undertake day to day operational activities through the development of individual performance and training plans and ensure verification of competence via up to date training records for all activities undertaken

• Deputise for Terminal Manager Perth as required

• Collaborate effectively with the other Site Managers for the Perth Terminal to collectively deliver the most efficient use of resources and collaboration across the Perth locations

• Be a practical hands-on leader to deliver efficient and value-add outcomes

What you will be need:

• Previous experience in a Lead / Site Manager position

• Stakeholder engagement

• Current drivers licence

• Demonstrated ability to interpret operational/HSE/engineering standards, policies, practices and drawings.

• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to represent ATOM to key stakeholders, and deputise for Terminal Manager roles.

• The ability to lead people to deliver their best, to inspire and motivate and ensure people are challenged and delivering value at all times.

• Skilled Operator, experienced across shipping, pipeline transfers, marine bunkering, tank farm operations, and gantry facilities, with a practical hands-on approach.
