About Our Client:

Our client is National brand that specialises in providing safety and industrial supplies. They work closely with businesses of all sizes across the country. They currently have a vacancy for a Site Facilitation Team Leader based in Botany, NSW. This is a permanent role

About the Role:

The primary purpose of this role is to Lead an onsite team of site facilitators to deliver requirements of a service agreement. The successful applicant will Oversee management of all warehouse functions and compliance with WHS policies and procedures. They will also Manage onsite sourcing and logistics including procurement, cataloguing, liaising with suppliers and quoting.

What you will be doing

  • Procurement of non-catalogued, catalogued items, goods, services, repairable items and vendor maintenance.

  • Obtaining quotes as required.

  • Raising purchase requisitions in the Qenos SAP system.

  • Raising of purchase orders.

  • Providing technical data for enquiries for tender documentation.

  • Evaluating quotes.

  • Expediting, checking and QA of orders.

  • Maintain Stores catalogue.

  • Management of aspects associated with vendor requests systems for new, change, including provision of banking details.

  • Assist with deployment of assets (Storage/Vending/Office facilities) set-up and commissioning at site and decommissioning and redeployment on completion.

  • Actively support agreed management initiatives.

  • Attend product, system and skill training programs and endeavor to apply learned skills in dealing with customers.

  • Be fully conversant and compliant with all relevant company policies and procedures.

  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant legal and ethical standards.

  • Support Adhoc projects as may be required from time to time.
