About the Role

We are looking for an Operational Readiness Specialist to work within the Sustaining Capital Project Framework. The successful candidate will have ITIL and Service Delivery experience that can focus on the deliverables necessary for a successful transition of LTE into support. 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with the development and review of Project Deliverables with particular focus on operational readiness and transition to support deliverables

  • Provide support to the Management of Change process with particular focus on Change Impact Assessment, Stakeholder Analysis and Communication Strategy deliverables

  • Complete gap analysis on LTE Operation and Management proposal to support the agreed service delivery model

  • Identify, document and communicate business processes relevant to the management of LTE services

  • Develop operational readiness plans, budget estimates, resource plans and schedule

  • Working with key business stakeholders and external vendors to identify impact and embed people, process and technology changes  

  • Develop change management plan to ensure successful transition of the LTE service delivery model to support

  • Develop and coordinate the delivery of training plans based on training needs analysis

Skills and Experience

  • Understanding and experience with service management approaches including:

    • Information Technology - Network and WIFI technology

    • ITIL Framework and Processes

    • Service Integration and Management (SIAM)

  • Strong stakeholder management with experience with working with internal and external stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including report writing and presentation delivery

  • Exposure to operational, project and commercial management

  • Previous experience within Service Delivery with a Telco Company an advantage

  • Previous experience within RTIO IS&T an advantage
