Structural Integrity Programme Administrator

About the Role:

WorkPac are looking for a motivated, safety conscious Programme Administrator to join our client Rio Tinto's Maintenance Planning & Engineering Structural Assets Team reporting to the Specialist Structural Integrity Programme. Your demonstrated ability to engage, connect and positively influence key stakeholders at all organisation levels will play a critical part to the effectiveness in this role.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Creation of Work Orders and Notifications

  • Liaison with Sustaining Capital Projects teams for inputting and updating of schedules in SAP

  • Conducting regular reports on schedule compliance, notification counts, trends and status

  • Managing multiple stakeholders for inputs

  • Engaging with several technical and non-technical internal stakeholder groups

  • Generating regular reporting on the status of the programme

  • Compiling and upload of MDR QA Documentation into SAP and Close-out of Notifications.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proactive approach with a strong commitment in driving a safe working culture

  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office including Project and Excel

  • Understanding of Work Management maintenance principals

  • Previous experience utilizing a computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP experience will be highly regarded)

  • A current Australian driver's licence

  • Excellent skills in written and oral communication, problem solving, issue resolution, stakeholder management, and a thorough understanding of delivering user requirements under typical project constraints

  • Knowledge of Structural Assets associated with mining preferred but not essential
