What you will be doing

Workpac is seeking motivated civil supervisor to work on the Kuranda Range Road upgrade.

During this exciting upgrade project you will be exposed to roads works, pavements, drainage and transport infrastructure plus so much more.

About the role:

The supervisor's role will involve:

• Provide confident and competent leadership to a project through positive communication

• Liaise with the project manager to ensure delivery of all projects safely, cost effectively, on time and on budget

• Planning and direction of all works on site necessary to deliver the project, including plant and equipment, labour, materials, subcontractors and any other resources

• Management of all WHS, quality, environmental management and community relations issues on all sites for which you are responsible

• Reporting of all activities that occur on site each day, as required by the project specification and company quality, OHS and Environmental plans, policies and procedures

• Ensuring safety, quality and environmental compliance

This is not a FIFO position â DIDO.
