WorkPac is currently partnering with one of the biggest and most trusted names in the mining and resource sector. Our client manages assets and projects both locally and globally. With a growing presence in Brisbane, they are looking to expand their workforce with a skilled Project Supervisor.

About the Role

This position will see you, responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of labour and materials on the project site. You will be responsible for the supervision and inspection of site activities to ensure projects are delivery on time, within the recommended requirements and most importantly delivered with a strong focus toward safety, compliance and within regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment hire on a project basis

• Planning of site tasks in advance

• Coordinate material requirements

• Ensure works are complete to the latest versions of drawings available on site

• Daily site documentation

• Document and collate information relating to project costs

• Stakeholder management with external client representatives

• Logging of proceedings with engineering and construction management staff

• Proactively identify, assess and determine appropriate controls for Zero Harm risks

Skills and Experience

• Experience in a managerial construction position

• Trade Qualification

• Exposure to complex sites and best practices to streamline project success

• 5 -10 years experience delivering projects

• Diploma - Desirable
