About the Role:
In partnership with our leading electrical asset client, WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor based within Perth. This contract will be an ongoing position, commencing immediately, initially casual with the view for permanency at three months for the right candidate. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee a varied team of tradespersons, apprentices and trade assistants and oversee their work. You will provide technical guidance and support as the team installs and maintains civil projects and structures. You will be responsible for ensuring that safety standards and compliance codes are met, and oversee the training and scheduling of workers, maintaining and troubleshooting equipment will be a part of job duties as well
