About the Position:

In partnership with our leading Oil & Gas Client, WorkPac are currently seeking a experienced Supply Base Supervisor commencing in May, based within Karratha or Onslow. This position will be a full time, permanent position and will oversee coordination of supply base activities, supervision of HSE at the marine supply base during all associated operations and coordination of logistics as required.

Responsibilities will Include:

• Supervision of HSE at the Marine Supply Base and during all operations associated

• Coordination of supply base activities

• Administering the Marine Supply Base

• Coordination of labour hire to meet peaks and troughs in demand.

• Coordinating transport and cranes for loadouts/discharge

• Coordinating the receival and dispatch of all freight to meet next available supply vessel.

• Liaising with the Marine agent for all berth bookings and loadouts

• Liaising with Stevedores to ensure al equipment is loaded onto the supply vessels

• Liaising with project subcontractors to meet vessel port calls on time, every time

• Coordinating port calls with the PIV and Supply Vessels

• Coordinating waste disposal and tracking

Requirements of the Role:

• Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience within a similar role with experience in offshore operations.

• 2 years experience in linepipe transport and handling with extensive experience working with supply vessel operations.

• Prior experience working in Dampier/ Onslow- Highly Regarded

• High Risk License- LR and Formal Qualifications of Certificate IV or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics or Road Transport

• HR MDL, Dangerous Goods Transport by Sea, Road and Air Certificate

• Full Rights to Work within Australia
