About the Position:

In partnership with our leading mining and resource client, WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist based within the Brisbane CBD. Commencing immediately, this position will run till end of March 2023 with a Monday to Friday roster. Hybrid/ Remote working arrangements available after the initial training period.

As a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the business through managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting key personnel as required.

Requirements of the Position:

• Demonstrated experience recruiting a variety of differing roles

• A proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and ability to perform under tight deadlines in a high-volume and fast-paced environment

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build relationships

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Office

• Current C Class Driver's License and Own Transport.
