About the role:
WorkPac are seeking to recruit a technical writer across the Chichesters. This role will see you supporting internal business documentation development and improvements related with asset management. You will be working a FIFO roster from Perth to Site, day shift only.
What you will be doing:
Plan, develop, and publish large operational Training Packages.
Ensure a consistent format and approach to document creation and revisions as per company Polices, Procedures and Style Guides.
Work closely and collaboratively with Trainer/Assessors and other SMEs to ensure documentation is relevant, accurate and delivers the required results.
What you need:
Previous experience working in a technical writing position is essential
Mechanical/Operational background highly regarded
Experienced in writing large Training Packages across multiple delivery platforms (Classroom, Online, Blended learning, In Field)
Strong attention to detail, and the ability to write using adult learning principals
Experienced in creating large Curricular learning pathways
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in Success Factors Learning Management System would be highly regarded
Skilled at multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment.
Great interpersonal skills
