About the Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking expressions of interest forexperienced Technical Writer for our client Rio Tinto based in Perth.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Update and development of Work Practices taking guidance from operational & functional personnel

• Editing and updating to completion, a range of existing high-risk training products to meet regulatory standards

• Engagement with various internal stakeholders

• Provide guidance on project importance to key risk and business analysis partners

• Provide guidance and direction to teams and stakeholders around development of accurate scopes, budget, and timeframes for execution

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience in Health and Safety or Engineering documentation
  Strong attention to detail, and the ability to write using adult learning principals

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Skilled at multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment

• Professional experience in content writing, technical writing and/or academic writing is advantageous
