About the Role
An ongoing opportunity exists for an experienced trades assistance at Rio Tinto's Gudai Darri, mine site.
Reporting to the Mobile Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, you will be working alongside heavy duty fitters assisting with the repair and preventative maintenance of the sites heavy mobile fleet. You will need to possess a high degree of mechanical aptitude and experience in assisting heavy duty fitters is preferred.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience working in a mine site environment (preferred)
Manual C Class Australian issued Drivers Licence (minimum)
High-risk forklift licence (LF)
