Training/ Compliance Officer

About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Training & Compliance Officer to join mining our client based within Glenden for an immediate start. This position is for ongoing in duration with accommodation if required and holds a Monday to Friday roster with 12.5 hour days.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage project documents, contracts, scope of works, policies, procedures

  • Contracts and training administration

  • Team culture development support and safety leadership.

  • Auditing plans to ensure accuracy of information

  • Other duties as required.

Skills and Experience:

  • High level computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office (including Teams and Skype for Business)

  • Proven communications skills (stakeholder management)

  • Willingness to learn new software programs & systems

  • Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11- Or willing to obtain

  • Current Australian 'C' class driver licence

  • Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
