Travel And Expense Administrator

About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Travel and Expense Administrator to join our leading Mining client for a casual position, for an 3month initial duration. This position will be based within the Brisbane CBD, and will have a Monday to Friday Roster(38 - 40 hours per week).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Making bookings for personnel onsite via Charter, airlines or other in line with policies and procedures

  • Assisting with relocation requirements for personnel

  • Review of expense requirements and assist as required

  • Run and review travel reports

  • Participate as an effective team member in working collaboratively to achieve business goals

Skills and Experience:

  • Travel Industry Experience (Bookings, Mobilising etc)

  • Knowledge of travel credits

  • Good attention to detail

  • Flexible and adaptable

  • Demonstrated experience with travel booking systems

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, demonstrated customer services

  • Strong computer skills

  • Ability to problem solve and be solution focused.
