About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to commence immediately in a Temporary to Permanent opportunity. This role is located in Lytton and you will be required to work Monday - Friday for a minimum of eight hours per day Supervising a medium sized team within a reputable company in the Building Supplies Industry. You must be self-driven with a minimum of 5-10 years experience in Supervisor positions within the Warehousing industry. The successful candidate with be responsible for but not limited to being fully responsible for the daily productivity of the staff along with assisting with dispatch, picking/packing, implementing safety standards, monitoring KPI's and working closely with the Warehouse Manager.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor

• High Risk Forklift Licence (LF)

• Overhead Gantry Crane knowledge ideal

• Drivers license with reliable transport

• High regard for workplace safety and ability to implement SOPs

• Background in Building Supplies Industry is ideal

• Motivated with a Hands on attitude

• Ability to follow management direction and meet deadlines

• Confident using computers & Microsoft Office

• Sound knowledge & understanding of the distribution industry including experience with stock takes

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment & work well under pressure

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kgs
