​Clint joined the WorkPac Group in 2017 with a background spanning recruitment, labour hire, human resources, mining, infrastructure, industrial and commercial development sectors with organisations such as Rio Tinto and Downer.

Following a successful career in a number of management roles across the Industrial and Mining business, Clint was appointed General Manager, Operations in 2022 to lead the operational delivery of WorkPac’s Industrial & Professional and Health Care businesses.
