WorkPac invested $500 per permanent employee back into the local communities in which we work in 2019. Via our GiveBack platform, our staff have personally contributed over $106,000.
The WorkPac Group aims to create positive energy in the wider community and environment through sponsorships, donations and family, youth and sporting initiatives. We encourage and recognise our employees community contributions through our GiveBack platform, creating a culture of community engagement across our network of business teams. We are proud of the contributions made by our staff via our GiveBack program, recent highlights include:

330 individual contributions as well as 42 contributing teams from our company.
70 different charities and not-for-profits supported.
A total of $106,947 raised, donated, volunteered and sponsored directly from our employees in the year ended 30 June 2019.
The program is designed so that our staff can contribute in any way which is meaningful to them and their community.
WorkPac’s GiveBack program is about much more than financial donations. It is about creating mutually beneficial partnerships, including partnering with our clients to support their community initiatives, and we welcome discussion where such an approach would be of interest.
