​Following a highly rewarding career with Brook Street Recruitment and Coca-Cola Amatil, Nicole joined WorkPac in 2008 as a Recruitment Coordinator. With a strong commitment to recruitment excellence, Nicole was awarded Recruitment Coordinator of the Year in recognition of her contribution and commitment to both clients and candidates. After 10 years, Nicole moved into a number of key operational management positions, before being appointed General Manager, People & Capability in 2022. With a strong commitment to influence and innovate, Nicole values the importance of developing strong collaborative relationships and executing key strategies to drive employee performance and operational excellence.
