​Phil joined WorkPac in 2023 and has broad experience in executive management, board and advisory board appointments. Phil has demonstrated leadership with significant operational and sales delivery, innovation, disruption and commercial management for large ASX listed and not for profit organisations. With a history in the Recruitment, Ambulance, Health Care and Sustainable Energy industries Phil has a broad understanding of what is required for business to succeed.

Phil is a London Business School graduate, who believes in combining learning in action with forward thinking leadership principles and networks. He has the ability to build, lead and manage professional teams and business. Phil is known for being open, honest, inclusive and driven to succeed through having vision and delivering outcomes on strategy, culture and people development.

Phil has a large family and is a long-term resident of Perth, Western Australia. He is heavily involved in the community, sporting clubs and associations.
