About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking a Support Officer to join our clients team. This position will take ownership of administration and document control support of a team. This position is a 2:1 roster, 8 hours day shifts and suitable for local candidates within Weipa, WA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative duties for the team including arranging meetings, agendas and minutes, preparing correspondence, reports and other documents and presentations.

  • Taking ownership of the document control process for the team.

  • Maintaining the compliance and standards database fir all teams and functions within the team.

  • Manage contractor inductions and onboarding processes.

  • Scheduling training, maintaining training & VOC register (Machine tickets, VOC's, cultural awareness training, HP training, Isolation etc).

  • Organise and manage a constantly changing workload.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 3+ years in project support or business support role

  • High level of computer literacy and Microsoft Office applications including Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

  • Demonstrated customer service skills.

  • Experience with Prospect and SAP.

  • Willingness to work a flexible 2:1 roster,

  • Weekly travel to and stay at Amrun on a Tuesday/Wednesday.

  • Strong commitment to Safety.
