Administration Assistant

- $38.50 per hr

About the role

We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant for one of our clients who is a leading provider of fire protection services in Australia. The role will be based in Cardiff and is Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.

Duties

-Annual Fire Safety Statement calendar scheduling for 3 Certifiers

-Typing annual fire detection and door inspection reports

-Using database called PRONTO which is where majority of work is done

-Being able to assist with inductions and training in absence of other staff member when required

-Raise service calls for technician on phone

-Raise purchase orders for technician on phone

Skills and Requirements

- Great customer service skills

- Time management skills

- Previous administration experience

- Ability to work unsupervised
