About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client in their Health, Safety and Training team for a 6-8 week engagement as soon as possible.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with safety review meetings and taking notes and capturing actions for entry into SAP
Uploading training information into Pegasus Onsite, competencies and dates
Document management, scanning, archiving hardcopy documents, renaming and saving scanned documents into electronic folders
Entering health and safety information into electronic files and as required SAP
Assisting with processing of new training documents, verification and checking, organising for manager approval
Audit of current crew roster against active employees in Pegasus
Audit of contractors who have not been onsite in the past 13 months to archive
Preparation (printing and collating) training packs / training library
General administration duties to support the HST team.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in utilising SAP
Strong computer skills
Ability to work in a past-paced environment
