About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experience Customer Service Administrator for a role with our client based in Keysborough, VIC. The Customer Service Administrator will work within the Customer Service team to assist with all basic administrative tasks including booking jobs, taking customer orders as part of the department of defence contract and general administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have excellent administration skills with previous experience in accounts and invoicing, customer service and SAP.

Duties and Experience Required:

  • Must have prior experience in a similar role in administration or customer service

  • Scheduling, invoicing and accounts experience required

  • Proficiency in SAP

  • No sales experience is required

  • Must have the ability to work from home, if required

  • Must hold full working rights in Australia

  • Must be able to complete pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol if required
