About Our Client:
Our client is a hydrographic survey company based on Kings Park Road. They are a small office (between 12 to 18 staff members) with offshore and international operations. They have only recently become apart of an international group.
What You Will Be Doing:
Support a small operations team
Book travel for staff attending sites or returning home - domestic & international
Collate personnel data ( Passports, FF numbers, home ports ) on behalf of Project managers for travelling team.
Issue purchase orders for minor items, mostly logistics and spares.
Assist project managers with paperwork.
Complete missing items in standard contracts.
Assist with office items as required
