APS3 - Grant Support Officer
About the Role
This role will play a key part in delivering a superior customer services to members in administering their claims and benefits in a timely, professional and efficient manner for a 3 month contract.
Duties & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Providing general administrative support
Provide technical and professional assistance with regards to analysing data and processing claims and benefits
Providing operational assistance
Assist with implementation of Policy
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have the following: -
Relevant qualification will be highly regarded
Previous experience in a Customer service role will be essential
Experience in a fast paced data entry and processing environment
Superior communication skills in English
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
