APS3 - Grant Support Officer

Job description

About the Role

This role will play a key part in delivering a superior customer services to members in administering their claims and benefits in a timely, professional and efficient manner for a 3 month contract.

Duties & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing general administrative support

  • Provide technical and professional assistance with regards to analysing data and processing claims and benefits

  • Providing operational assistance

  • Assist with implementation of Policy

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have the following: -

  • Relevant qualification will be highly regarded

  • Previous experience in a Customer service role will be essential

  • Experience in a fast paced data entry and processing environment

  • Superior communication skills in English

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
