• $51.50/hour (base rate) + $9.27/hour afternoon loading

About our client

Our client provides essential equipment, technologies and services to the construction, mining, energy, government, waste and quarry industries. Their purpose is to create value through manufacturing and technology innovation to empower a sustainable future where people, businesses and our planet thrive together. They are currently seeking experienced Auto Electrician across multiple shifts, based out of their Wacol industrial workshop.

Shifts

Days: 5am -1:06pm (Monday to Friday)

Nights: 2pm -9:36pm (Monday to Friday)

What you will be doing

As a member of the pre-delivery inspection team, you will be responsible for performing the following duties on various construction and mining equipment;

• Pre delivery inspection

• Reassembling new machinery (excavators, dump trucks, dozers etc.)

• Rebuild and commissioning

• Completing customisations as per client/customer requests

• Diagnostics (after testing) -completed before the product is shipped to client/customer

This is an ongoing position with an immediate start whereby the candidate will with also have the opportunity to move into a full-time/permanent position with the company.

What you will need

• Driver's Licence + reliable transport

• Trade Certificate

• Minimum of 2 years post trade experience

• Previous experience completing the above core duties

• Previous & proven trade experience on construction or mining equipment

• Ability to pass a Pre Employment Medical and Drug/Alcohol screen
