About the Role:

Join WorkPac in the search for a dedicated Plumbing Supervisor to oversee plumbing operations at BHP sites. This role involves managing and supervising plumbing works with a focus on maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Lead and supervise plumbing teams, ensuring adherence to schedules and project timelines.

• Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

• Provide technical guidance and support to plumbing technicians as needed.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address project-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor and manage inventory levels of materials and equipment, placing orders as necessary.

• Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including budget tracking and resource utilization.

• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including OH&S regulations.

• Mentor and train junior staff members to enhance their skills and performance.

• Participate in planning and scheduling meetings to contribute insights and recommendations for project improvements.

Skills & Experience Required:

• SRMS or Schedule 26

• Plumbers Licence

• Contractors Ticket

• Valid Australian Drivers Licence

• CSE, GTA & WAH

• HRWL with EWP

• MSIC Preferred

• White Card

• Rights to work in Australia
