Our client is a respected name in the industry as specialists in the supply of high-quality Construction & Mining equipment. Partnered with WorkPac they are currently seeking experienced Boilermakers.
About the Role
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join their team in a workshop-based role located in Wacol. This role is an ongoing role on dayshifts working minimum 8 hours daily. The successful candidate will have a strong background in this field and proven experience working on Mining/Earthmoving equipment including Plant machinery and trucks. You will also be required to pass a Drug & Alcohol screening prior to commencing if you are successful in these roles.
Duties & Responsibilities
Mig welding
Air Arc Gouging
Reading engineering drawings
Repairs
Ability to problem solve
Meeting strict safety standards
Working both individually and apart of a team
Skills & Qualifications
Qualified Boilermaker
Must have High Risk Forklift ticket
Recent experience in a similar role
Current Resume with 2 x Supportive Work References
Current resume with 2x work related referees
Hold a current Australian drivers license
Availability for an immediate start
Reliable and strong work ethics
