Location: Condell Park, NSW

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Fabrication Welder for a Precast concrete yard in Condell Park. While formal qualifications as a Boilermaker are not required, candidates should possess extensive experience in heavy fabrication and MIG welding. The successful candidate will be responsible for heavy fabrication tasks, MIG welding, setting up welds for others, and proficiently utilising hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform heavy fabrication tasks according to specifications and drawings.

• MIG weld components with precision and accuracy.

• Set up welds for other team members as required.

• Utilize a variety of hand tools and power tools effectively.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards at all times.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in heavy fabrication and MIG welding.

• Trade qualification in Heavy Fabrication preferred, but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration.

• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety.
