About the Role

WorkPac are seeking a skilled Boilermaker for a dynamic role involving both site and workshop work, with a focus on general fabrication around Coal Handling and Preparation Plants (CHPP). The successful candidate will be proficient in MIG welding of steel and stainless steel, with TIG welding experience being a valuable addition. This position offers a site allowance of $2.00 per hour and the opportunity for a permanent role based on performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform general fabrication and welding tasks around CHPP.

• MIG welding of steel and stainless-steel components.

• Utilise TIG welding skills if experienced.

• Ensure all work is completed to high standards of safety and quality.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Trade Certification as a Boilermaker.

• MDG 25 Certification.

• Construction Induction Card (White Card).

• Working at Heights (WAH) Certification.

• Current Australian Driverâs Licence
