What You Will Be Doing

WorkPac are currently seeking a Boilermaker to work alongside two T/A's to inspect, monitor and maintain fixed plant chutes and associated equipment. This role will be based at our Red Hill Quarry, WA. This opportunity offers hours as follows: 15:30â 01:30 (Monday â Thursday) 15:30 â 23:30 (Friday) with occasional overtime as required.

In Your New Role With Us, You Will

• Provide engineered maintenance solutions to fixed plant equipment using relevant skills.

• Conduct routine chute & feeder inspections.

• Enter and work in confined spaces.

• Work at heights.

• Monitor hot work fire watch.

• Assist with general metal work (cutting, grinding, drilling, etc.)

• Support plant housekeeping and clean up.

• Conduct risk assessments for tasks being undertaken (including rescue & lift plans)

What You Will Need

• Certified Welder/Boilermaker.

• Have a Confined space ticket.

• Hold a Working at heights ticket.

• Have a Forklift ticket.

• Have completed a Current First Aid Certificate.

• EWP, CN and Dogging/Rigging Tickets will be highly regarded.
