We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager for ongoing work in Kalgoorlie. This will be a permanent role. A company car, fuel card and incentive program is provided.

Your role will be to:

Achieve and exceed budget results for sales, gross profit and business unit profitability and performance.
Manage expenses to budgets and identify opportunities to reduce where possible.
Work closely with the customers and stakeholders to gain insights into business plans and opportunities.
Foster a results-driven environment.
Manage the day to day running of the branch inclusive of all sales, people and operational requirements.
Implement and monitor all Company processes, procedures and policies
Co-ordinate service delivery, operational and logistical activities to ensure company service levels are met
Ensure quote submissions, tender responses, sales order processing, customer inquiries, pick and packing and service delivery and supply front line liaison for customers or clients
