Business Analyst

About the Role:

WorkPac is currently in search of a Business Analyst to join our esteemed client's team based in Perth. This position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week for 3 to 6 months with potential to extend.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recognise, collect, and record requirements

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to devise solutions meeting business demands.

  • Spot opportunities for enhancing processes and streamlining operations.

  • Foster robust relationships with stakeholders.

  • Aid in change management by pinpointing potential impacts of proposed changes on business processes, systems, and staff.

  • Offer training and assistance to end-users.

Skills and Experience:

  • Must have mining experience

  • Experience as a business analyst

  • Rights to work in Australia

  • Valid Drivers Licence

  • Strong interpersonal skills
