About Our Client:

For 40 years our client have been at the forefront of the construction industry successfully servicing clients Australia-wide. Our client are leaders in machinery hire, equipped with the largest range of EWPs, cranes, telehandlers, and forklifts.

What Will You Be Doing?

As the Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company within the North QLD region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. This is a dynamic role that requires a proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Need:

• Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth (minimum 5 years experience in a similar role).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Previous experience in hire equipment sector is advantageous.
