What you will be doing

Making outbound calls to assist the team to help transition the 3G units over to the new 4G units to provide around the clock personal safety. Helping to allocate an in home appointment time that suits the user to phase out the older models and install the newer up-to-date 4G unit.

Your role will include:

  • Booking in appointments for technicians to install the units.

  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints, perform customer verifications to maintain data as requested by the business.

  • Respond to customers enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction and resolution.

  • Liaise with other staff to identify any delays and communicate changes to customers.

  • Maintain a reputation for caring and professional service to clients and their associated contacts.

  • Any error found in data entry or any other area to be resolved, logged, or reported to the appropriate department.

  • Maintain confidentiality of client data

  • Carry out additional duties as directed by the 4G Program Team Leader, 4G Migration Program Manager

What you will need :

  • High levels of customer service

  • Computer proficiency

  • Experience in administration

  • Experience working with Mastermind / Salesforce or Pronto based systems (preferred)

  • Experience working in shift rotations and environments (preferred)

  • Experience in Medical Monitoring Industry (preferred).
