About the Role:
Workpac are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator for an opportunity with our leading mining client. This role is offering FIFO out of Perth or Karratha residents are encouraged to apply.
We are seeking a Training Coordinator join our Capability Development team to support the Rail asset group. This role is a great opportunity to develop your strong learning & development background and project management skills whilst engaging in a variety of internal and external stakeholders. This role would suit a highly skilled training and development administrator looking for their next challenge. This in an on-going opportunity working on a 5:2 4:3 FIFO roster out of Perth.
Key Duties:
Assisting and facilitating training administration for the department including running reports, uploading qualifications in to SAP etc
Ensuring the department attendance sheets are printed and managed
Checking and preparing the technical equipment and booking rooms for training
Liaise with leaders in the field to attend to their training and capability needs
Ensuring OJTs have the correct qualifications and arranging training to maintain compliance
Experience Required:
Cert IV in Training and Assessment is highly desirable
Hands on faced past administration experience within a training or L&D space
Experience in engaging with senior management to develop learning needs analysis based on business objectives
High level attention to detail
Must have full working rights in Australia
Must hold valid C class drivers license
