About the role :-

Our client is one of Australia's leading Tier 1 companies with a 2-3 year project to work on the Heatherbrae Bypass.

We are committed to delivering high-quality results and are seeking a skilled Dozer / Compactor Operator.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a CAT 825 Compactor efficiently and safely.

Work collaboratively with the construction team to achieve project goals.

Ensure the proper maintenance and care of equipment.

Adhere to safety protocols and best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

5-6 years of experience in civil construction, with a proven track record as a Dozer / Compactor Operator.

Relevant tickets and certifications for operating heavy machinery.

Strong attention to safety and quality.

Effective communication skills.

Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Benefits:
