About Our Client

Townsville City Council is seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Labourer for a 3-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to maintenance and construction projects within both rural and urban environments. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the community and work on meaningful projects.

About You

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing concreting tasks, ensuring high-quality finishes.

Safely operate a range of light plant, machinery, and equipment.

Assist in the maintenance and construction of infrastructure projects.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.

What You Will Need

• Certificate II in Civil Construction or relevant experience.

• Proven concreting experience.

• Ability to operate light plant, machinery, and equipment safely and effectively.

• MR License preferred (required for roles in certain teams).

• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.

• Commitment to safety and following procedures.
