About the Role

As a pivotal member of the team, you will assume a leadership role, overseeing and directing a work crew to ensure project demands are met efficiently. This multifaceted position involves coordinating crew members with diverse skill sets across various tasks throughout the day, all while operating under minimal supervision.

The successful candidate must have experience with civil structures and structural engineering.

Requirements

• Driver's Licence + reliable transport

• Construction White Card

• RII Tickets - Roller, Excavator, Posi Track (highly desirable)

• Supervisory Certifications (highly desirable)

• Previous Leading Hand experience
