About the Client

Operating since early 2014, our client has a strong focus on delivering traffic infrastructure and electrical reticulation projects throughout Queensland looking after both metropolitan and regional areas. They are currently seeking an experienced Civil Leading Hand for a night shift position that has commenced in Caboolture for the Bruce Highway Smart Motorways upgrade.?

What you will be doing

You will be required to work Sunday - Thursday commencing at 6.00pm working approximately 8-10 hour nights. There is a minimum of six months' work based on site with the potential to be ongoing with the company. You will be responsible reinforcing safety, monitor quality, drive productivity and overseeing a 3-4 person team. If you have an understanding of TMR specifications, earthworks or concreting it would be an advantage.

What you will need

• Current resume with 2 x work related references

• Construction white card

• Understanding of TMR specifications, MR Licence, EWP ticket & confined spaces ticket preferred

• A minimum of six months experience as a Leading Hand

• Previous experience managing a small crew

• Previous experience working in a civil site

• Available for an immediate start and able to commit to a minimum of six months work
