About the Role

WorkPac is currently seeking an Experienced Skid Steer and Excavator Operator for ongoing civil work in the greater Cessnock area. This role involves operating up to 12T excavators and skid steers efficiently and safely to support various road and pavement projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate up to 12T excavators and skid steers efficiently and safely to support road and pavement projects.

• Perform excavation, grading, and earthmoving tasks as per project requirements.

• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

• Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance procedures.

• Comply with all safety regulations and protocols on-site.

Skills & Experience Required:

• RII or relevant & current VOC's for skid steer and excavator.

• Proven experience as a Civil Excavator and Skid Steer Operator, preferably in road and pavement projects.

• White Card.

• Valid Driver's Licence.
