About the Company

Our client is looking for a qualified Commissioning Technician to join our performing team in Sydney. This is a rare opportunity to join a specialized and dedicated team, delivering a range of complex integrated solutions to large government and private sector customers.

What you will be doing

You will be responsible for the commissioning of alarms, access control, CCTV, Intercom, Servers, IT Networks and associated systems.

Working on a wide variety of projects in government, defence, commercial and industrial sectors across a large range of different products. You will be ensuring customers receive the best service exceeding expectations wherever possible and working hand in hand with installation technicians and project managers to deliver high quality projects, and external subcontractors. This position is working Monday to Friday, 38 hour week (Overtime available)

What you will need

  • At least 5 years proven commissioning experience in the electronic security industry covering alarms, access control, CCTV and associated systems

  • NSW Cabling license.

  • Certification with Lenel, Gallagher, Tecom, Integrity, Milestone, Geutebruck systems desirable

  • Ability to work autonomously.

  • Experience in the design of integrated electronic security systems

  • Experience with Commercial, Government and industrial sites

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • We are looking for experienced Technicians with Australian Citizenship who have already acquired NSW Security Consultants license, NSW Security Installers license and the ability to obtain NV1 Government Security Clearance.
