About the Role:

WorkPac is currently in search of a Concrete Batch Plant Manager to join our esteemed client's team, based in Karratha. This is a permanent position with a housing allowance and relocation expenses.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage operation of concrete batch plant

• Ensure OH&S compliance

• Operate mobile concrete batch plants

• Drive agitator truck

• Operate Front End Loader

• Manage project works and client relationships

• Provide regular progress reports

• Assist with mobilization/demobilization

• Maintain safe work environment

Skills and Experience:

• Sound knowledge of concrete

• Strong commitment to OH&S

• Experience with Command Alkon and Jonel

• Current HR licence

• Construction industry card

• Genuine interest in concrete industry

• Minimum 2 years' experience in concrete manufacturing

• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and screenings

• Current Police Clearance
