About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced concreters for work on local and away construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete projects. This role requires attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Multiple rosters available 5/2 (Mackay) in town work and away work 10/4 (Meals & Accommodation provided) - ongoing work!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of concrete surfaces for pouring

• Pour and spread concrete using various tools and equipment

• Smooth and finish surfaces using trowels, screeds, and other hand tools

• Operate power tools such as jackhammers and concrete saws

• Clean and maintain tools and equipment

• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience in concrete work preferred

• Current Construction Industry Blue or White Card

• Current Drivers Licence

• Physical endurance

• Must be willing to do all aspects of concreting.
