Salary $85,000 to $90,000

About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Contracts and Data Administrator to join our client based in St Leonards, Sydney on a flexible Roster. The position is integral to preparing and reviewing various contracts and licence agreements, maintaining databases, installation process of new sites and will be required to manage and communicate contract status with internal and external stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing contracts, verifying accuracy and resolving discrepancies in line with company rules and guidelines

  • Designing standardised language and guidelines for contracts

  • Collaborating with internal Sales, Partnerships and Finance teams to ensure contracts' compliance

  • Sharing and clarifying contract processes, conditions and details with management, business partners and employees

  • Obtaining contract-related information from relevant parties

  • Ensuring relevant documentation accompany contracts, and maintaining digital and hard copies of relevant documentation

  • Identifying potential risks

  • Maintain the licence agreement database, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date

  • Maintaining the PPSR in a timely fashion

  • Quarterly FIRB preparation and lodgement

  • Providing regular status reports regarding contract progress

  • Monthly review and approval of customer Licence invoices

  • Acting as a point of contact for customers regarding Licence fee payment schedules

  • Liaising with external legal partners

  • General administration duties

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in contract administration or related field

  • Previous exposure to risk identification and mitigation

  • Strong negotiation and mediation skills

  • High Attention to Details

  • Strong time management and communication skills

  • Analyticalthinking skills and problem-solving abilities

  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Current Australian 'C' class driver licence

  • Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
