Our client is currently seeking experienced record officers who will be working locally in Townsville, you must have strong experience in customer service working for a diverse organization. The role is 3 months role and possibly longer for the right candidate.

What you will be doing

• - Strong Customer service

• - Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to organize and communicate information clearly through a variety of customer contact channels

• - Highly developed skills in administrations, cashiering and computing, including keyboard accuracy. (Desirable).
  - Knowledge of records management practices including an understanding of computerised records management systems. (Desirable).

• - Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Word and Excel (Desirable)

What you need

• - Driver's licence

• - Birth cert or passport

• - Can do attitude!

• - Great communication skills
