Customer Experience Specialist
Full Time Permanent Contract, Direct with Client

About the role:
WorkPac are current seeking an Customer Experience Specialist to join our leading security client, for a full time permanent position based within Salisbury. Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, this position will hold a Monday to Friday roster and will be responsible for responding and resolving customer enquiries via email and phone in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional customer service to all our customers
Handling all customer inbound/outbound calls and emails in a timely manner
Problem solving and investigating a variety of simple and complex requests
Provide first line customer retention services
Data entry / administration
Handle customer complaints and disputes
What you will need:

A fast learner and a love for learning new things
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Resilience to manage high workloads during peak periods
