Customer Service Administrator

  • Monday to Friday

  • Welshpool Location

  • 6month Contract with possible extension

About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator for our construction and building services client HUMES in Welshpool. The successful candidate will be working at the front office and closely with the account managers, liaising with clients and customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Handle customer enquiries promptly and courteously and advise them of any delays

  • Process customer orders in an accurate and timely manner

  • Maintain regular and effective communication with both sales and production staff

  • Escalate any customer issues that you are unable to resolve to the appropriate department/manager

  • Liaise with despatchers as necessary to effectively reduce costs whilst maintaining optimum service levels to customers

  • Ensure full knowledge and compliance with the Allocation Procedure Manual

  • Liaising with the Operation and Scheduling teams to ensure our customer's requirements are understood and met in a timely manner

  • Be the main point of contact for customers and employees

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience working in Administration and Customer Service

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work in a busy office environment.

  • Commitment to teamwork and safety

  • Organizational skills and efficient time management

  • Attention to detail

  • WA C Class Drivers Licence
